Yes, I know that you believe the words “dessert” and “diet” can’t live on the same sentence, but let me show you something that MAY make you change your mind…
Like usual, we’ve recently terminated an experiment. The experiment (this time) was aimed to find out which are most healthy but delicious dessert recipes, and how to take full advantage from them.

This experiment was called: EXPERIMENT-DS338.
Here’s what the experiment taught us after 3 weeks:
- Light healthy desserts DO EXIST. Also, if you consume them after a well-balanced meal they’ll WON’T sabotage your weight loss efforts.
- Healthy sweet dessert recipes DO EXIST as well. The keyword here is “sweet”. But guess what? Sweet means sugar. And sugar, like carbs, is nothing more than Glucose in the blood (after digestion).
- So if you get the proportion and the macronutrients balance RIGHT, no harm to your body will be made. All this, while being able to enjoy the best healthy DELISIOUS dessert recipes.
- Finally, our Stamina increased by 5% on average. These healthy dessert recipes are giving us (my athletes and I) both short-term and long-term improvements.
